Made it better with meetups for everyone

Microsoft Teams service provides an end-to-end meeting solution that develops to help your meeting, calling, and large-scale event requirements. Reported this summer, "Together mode" is a new and exciting meeting experience in Teams that supports participants and employees feel closer together even when they are apart by positioning them in a shared background.

At Microsoft Ignite, they have announced new Together mode scenes, consisting of auditoriums, conference rooms, and a coffee shop, which will be available later this year.

In July, Microsoft has announced new forms for meeting participants to control what they see in Teams with Dynamic view. At Microsoft Ignite, they have announced custom layouts, launching later this year, that will allow presenters to customize and personalize how their content will pop up for attendees during the meeting.

Another exciting announcement is about Breakout rooms, one of the most requested Teams features will be available in the coming month. Meeting organizers will divide the participants into smaller groups to provide brainstorming workshops or relatable workgroup discussions.

After a meeting in Teams gets over, a recap with the meeting recording, transcript, chat, shared files, and more will be automatically generated in Teams. Meeting recaps will help everyone work more efficiently to meet participants and those who were unable to attend a meeting.

This is paramount!

For webinars or client presentation, Microsoft announced that Teams support for attendee registration with automated emails to make it easy and straightforward to manage attendance and review a reporting dashboard after meeting gets over to understand attendee engagement. Attendee details and scheduling APIs will also be available so that customers can bring this information into their CRM or any marketing automation apps.

Also, team meetings are enlarging to support  1,000 participants with the full meeting scenario by the end of the year.

Devices for the modernized workspace

To help create modernized workspaces where people can communicate effectively and securely both work from home and from office, we're redesigning experiences where every attendee be remote or in-person—is a first-class participant. As enterprises continue the change back to the office, shared space devices like Microsoft Teams Rooms and Surface Hub will be vital tools in bestowing the ultimate hybrid workplace experience. Microsoft announced Teams panels, a new category of devices installed outside of meeting space to inform attendees of scheduling and tenancy and assist with pathfinding around the office.
